Health and Wellbeing
This is a very important time to look after your health, both physical and emotional. Make sure you eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg each and every day. Eat as many raw vegetables and salads as you can because they are more nutritious, especially if just picked, so grow your own. Eat some good quality protein every day, such as free range eggs, fish, free range meat, nuts and/or cheese.

Look for the good things in life and say thank you...
Ok we all have problems, some much worse than others. But learn to look at the good things in your life. If you have children look at their beautiful faces and say THANK YOU! If the sun is shining, enjoy it, look at the beautiful sky and say THANK YOU! Think of the good things you have right now and say THANK YOU! Consentrate on the positive and the good parts of your life and this will help you. Enjoy the good parts immensely. See the good in the Now, this will help you to turn around the other parts of your life and to make you feel a lot better. Choose to be happy, go for it! Good luck!
Relax and take a few minutes break
Take time to think about what you want. This sounds silly but often we forget to stop and think about what we actually want.
Take a break, lie down and rest for 10 or 20 minutes, relax, allow yourself to drift through the stillness.
Visualisation
Visualise yourself getting on top of the problem, resolving it and coming out the other side wiser and happier. Always choose to be happy.
Walk, smile and enjoy nature
Go for a walk, get some fresh air. Enjoy the countryside, it is free and ever changing with the seasons. Walking is incredibly good for you. Go for a walk with your family, a good opportunity to have a chat along the way, enjoy yourselves. Look at the trees, appreciate nature.

Laugh
Always remember however busy you are to spend time having a laugh with your friends and family, just be silly, say something silly. Laughter is the best medicine.

Sit round the dinner table with your family and tell silly jokes, play Charades in the evening and make each other laugh. Play old fashioned board games with your children. Make bread loaves and rolls in funny shapes. Relax, take some time with the television off and do things together with your family and friends. 2 Minutes of stillness
Where ever you are take 2 minutes out every now and then, let your thoughts drift away, go into the stillness inside you and find the real you, without all those busy thoughts, let them go completely for a few minutes. Just be still, calm and at peace with yourself. Give yourself these moments of stillness, they can be very good for you.
